MarketingBuild reference searches and outreach messages from a LinkedIn profile or a lead list.

Pick a saved list, or upload one, to see your leads here.
Each Excel you upload is saved as its own named list. Pick one to work on, or add a new one below.
Upload an Excel file of leads. The tool reads your column headers automatically, groups each company's decision-makers together, and saves it as a new list.
With test mode on, every Send goes to your test address, never the real lead. Turn it off to send to leads for real.

Ask about this whole campaign. It sees the client brief, every strategy and the counts you paste in, and helps you refine before any letter is written.
Pick the sender (its letterhead is used), add a line about who this targets, and the AI drafts a sample letter you can download or send to the client to confirm.
A strategy is one search inside this campaign (e.g. blocks of flats). Paste the search wording and, if you have it, the SQL from that search.
Already checked the rows yourself? Upload the sheet and the system writes a letter for every row in it, and nothing else. The search is ignored while a list is uploaded. Press Clear list to go back to it.
These four are required. Without them a letter cannot be written and the file is refused.
| Director | who the letter is addressed to — e.g. FLETCHER, Robert Mark |
| Director address | where the envelope is posted. Their address, not the property's |
| Company name | the company that owns the property |
| Property address | the property the letter is about |
Worth including: Company number (so this owner can be suppressed next time), Title number, County, Postcode, Region, District, EPC band, Property type.
Headings are matched exactly, ignoring capitals and spaces. Any of these work: Director / Director 1 / Send to / Owner · Director address / Send address / Address · Company name / Company · Property address / Property · Company number / CRN. Our own Excel export and picking list both work as they are.
The two addresses are different and it matters. Put the property address in the envelope column and the letter goes to a house whose owner lives somewhere else.
Who the letters go out as - the client's company, contact and phone. Reused across strategies. To change a client's details, pick them below, edit, and press Update - every letter follows automatically. Never edit the generated document.
Pick a sender, paste their letterhead text / company details / Companies House info, and the AI designs a clean letterhead that prints reliably. Preview it, then apply.
Your library of letter templates. Click one to view or edit it. Write the letter however you like and put any of the variables below wherever you want them — they are filled in per owner when the letters are made.

The owner's own address is deliberately NOT in this list. It goes on the envelope, from the picking list, and printing it in the letter as well is a second copy to get wrong.
Take a saved contact list, find each person's email, phone and LinkedIn from Apollo, then filter by how you can reach them. People are matched to their UK director address, so you do not get the wrong person abroad.
Pick a list you already uploaded, or add a new Excel export from the Email campaign tool.
Auto-sends a short 3-email sequence to a whole list, trickling out at randomised gaps during business hours, and stops the moment someone replies. Fed from the Apollo tab.
Reloads when you Save. Sample data shown: Director Sample / Sample Property Ltd / South East.
Talk to the AI to tune the wording. Ask for shorter, longer, warmer, regional, sales-led tone. Click Apply when the draft looks right — it writes back into the Body box on the left and reloads the preview.
Describe who you want to target. I'll check your past campaigns, scan the database, refine with you, and save the targets when you're happy. Try "run a campaign targeting investment companies in London" or "what have we sent in the last 3 months?"
